Circuit Connection For the System

Steps:
  1. Connect the TX of GSM to the RX of the SPduino and connect the RX of the GSM the TX of the SPduino.
  2. T1 of the motor is connected to battery +ve and battery -ve is connected to the "INPUT" port of the current sensor .
  3. And the "OUTPUT" port is connect to the T2 of the motor.
  4. Connect the vcc of the current sensor to the 5v.
  5. Connect the output pin of the current sensor to  A0 .
  6. Now connect +ve of the buzzer to 13th pin, +ve of the alert led to the 11th pin and +ve of the indication led to the  10th pin.
  7. Now ground all the devices.

Working of the System

  1. As soon as the power supply is given to the motor the current sensor senses the current value.
  2. when there is normal load to the motor only the indication led will be high (i.e green led) .
  3. when  excess load is applied to the motor the current value exceeds the fixed value then alert led glows and the buzzer buzz.
  4. And the GSM module sends a alert message to the owners phone.
