Assembling of Robot

Fixing the motors, sensor, boards to the chassis

The DC motors are fixed to the chassis using screws

The Auton shield is mounted on top of the SP Duino Board

The wheels are fixed to the motor shaft

the Servo motor is fixed in front  of the chassis
   

 The ultrasonic sensor is mounted over it, so as it can navigate and find the distance on all sides

Connection Procedure

The motors are connected to the motor terminals (3,5 &6,11) in the auton shield

The servo motor is connected to the 3 pin port of auton shield

The ultrasonic sensor is connected to the specified port given for it
